Re: LadsLads.com : 1000s MORE Stolen Videos. CCBILL STILL PROCESSING
I have just sent a complaint to various people at CCBill - both as a site owner and as a deprived member of ladslads.com - they can’t have it both ways and if I have to pay £10 every 2 months to police my own pirated content I expect to be able to see it - and act on it!
This current position is plain stupid. I pay CCBill plenty of dollars to process for my site each and every week (and have done for nearly 5 years) and this really is becoming the ultimate insult. Sure, they can’t police the web or all of their clients… but they should be smart enough to have a “watch list” when sites enter the “dodgy” zone.

With a site of your size and reputation they should really be more proactive to protect the clients they bill for. Whether it’s legal responsibility or simply a matter of respect for what this industry is.
As said before I love CCBILL and I know there is a long process at a company of their size to see progress on a given issue, but I personally feel it’s about time they they flip the tables on this certain website and aid the content producers and websites that keep their company viable.
It’s bad to say, but with the HUGE amount of piracy facing this industry today, the last thing we need is having our own billing companies working against us.
Re: LadsLads.com : 1000s MORE Stolen Videos. CCBILL STILL PROCESSING
My question is who else is sending DMCA’s to CCBill? It seems everyone is bitching about stolen content this, stolen content that but seems nothing come of it.
Everyone here knows that CCBill is very active on the forum communities.

CCBill (unlike Epoch) takes DMCA’s very seriously.

Adam, I used to be a police officer and this is a clear case of fraud (a criminal case), so you can go to the police. PM me, so I can tell you in private how to collect evidence to report this to the police.
Re: LadsLads.com : 1000s MORE Stolen Videos. CCBILL STILL PROCESSING
I just sent a DMCA and copied it to CC Bill’s legal counsel, with a link to this thread for him to read.
I believe that losing CC Bill processing IS a big deal – there are many who will promote CC Bill programs over all others, so switching processors will result in lower revenue.
Re: LadsLads.com : 1000s MORE Stolen Videos. CCBILL STILL PROCESSING
A bit more info for anyone who might use it. I have more detailed info that I’m not posting publicly as it will give this guy a heads up to the depth of what we really know about him.
The following are domains the ladslads.com owner Damien Jorgensen owns.
Hope this helps. Info useless if none of you use it!
Oh and the only two sites on his servers that he doesn’t own. I’m thinking they are clients that don’t know Damien Jorgensen is the ladslads.com owner, or that their mail server is shared with a Gay hookup site that trades Gay porn.
I think the last thing the two legitimate companies above would want is Damien Jorgensen having access to customer email communications via the mail server.
