This is just SHOCKING. I had a member tell me more of our videos were on www.ladslads.com, so I went and spent ANOTHER Â£10 ($16) PAID membership to LadsLads.com to find 10,000+ FULL SCENES stolen from just about every company in the industry.

This website is in the TOP 10 websites in the UK, as tracked by HitWise. Most of these videos have had between 2000 and 30000 views, each.

Adam Mason first found out about these THIEVES:

So they removed everything, waited for the dust to settle, and all goes well in the land of CCBILL processing and copyright infringement!

There are 14 categories of videos on this site. In one category “FUCKING” there are 79 pages of full stolen scenes.

I went through and grabbed some links from the first 10 pages, so in all not much, and I will post these links below.

I am hoping Gary from CCBILL will be come in here and explain why they are still processing for this company, when again and again they steal more and more from us. Gary/CCBILL, love you guys but this is REALLY not on. Most of the companies with stolen content on this site use you as their PRIMARY biller? SeanCody? BlakeMason? CorbinFisher?

In 10 months since I last came on here, they have added thousands more stolen scenes to their website. Can you PLEASE do something about these people?

Im not gonna go into a huge post, but me and Adam Mason spoke to Gary from ccBill in Phoenix.

There whole reasoning is, content owners must send in a DMCA to get the content removed, as for all ccbill know- ladslads have permission to use the content, after all, ccbill is a billing processor, not a content police. In there eyes they have no right to police the LadsLads Secure Area, the same as they would not have legal right to police HomoEmo, SeanCody or Blakemason’s members areas.

Send in a DMCA, it gets removed. - otherwise it stays.

Sucks one of the biggest companies in adult is profiting from the sales of stolen content, but in the eyes of ccbill or the US law, i don’t think there is much that can be done about it. LadsLads actively removes content that a DMCA is received for- thus complying with CCBILL and US law.

i really dont see this going away soon.

I would like to hear CCBills’ official position on this. We just moved our processing for Fratpad.com over to CCBill and this is the first I’ve heard that they knowingly process for pirate sites.

Pirates steal income from us and our affiliates and I don’t feel CCBill should profit from known illegal activity.

Guys, it’s OK to focus on ccbill ethics, but let’s face it. If CCBill stops processing for them, they will simply move to another processor in less than 2 days … and if they are a good business (as they probably are, after all they became a supermarket of porn) someone will always process.

May be we can write to the big guys (Sean Cody, Corbin Fisher, Randy Blue, Frat Men, English Lads, etc) and ask them to carry out legal actions that small sites can’t afford.

The other choice could be to send letters to Visa and Mastercard stressing that their processors are allowing the use of their cards (and thus their brands) to buy pirated stuff, may be they do care.

This is true, however if you are a smaller company and don’t have huge money to launch big lawsuits, making their life harder is always a good place to start. It’s also a stab in the face when you are trying to sell your content through the same processor that is letting pirates profit illegally from it.

CCBill maintains a current username / password to every site they process for specifically to uphold Visa regulations regarding content and monitor the functionality of the site. If LadsLads was the 3rd party vessel for known child pornography distribution I think CCBill might not process for them based on there content.

CCBill can’t have it both ways, either content is part of the basis for processing through them with Visa/Mastercard, or it’s not.

The US Office of the Comptroller of the Currency defines money laundering as "any financial transaction which generates an asset or a value as the result of an illegal act" Stealing content from us, publishing it, then using Visa/Mastercard to pay for it flies in the face of money laundering.

Well I am not a lawyer, but it would seem to me that unless ccBill [or any 3rd party processor] could prove beyond a doubt, that the owners knew the stuff was illegal, they’d be subject to a lawsuit. And isn’t that why there are the take down notices? If they ignored them, maybe they’d have a case to cover their asses, but if they remove the stuff when notified its illegal, seems like it would tie ccbill’s hands.

While there appears to be several laws on the books, for money laundering and all that, it still comes down to Proof. Least it would seem to me.

I’d be interested in knowing what Titan thinks of it, as they do at least proceed against these outfits rather vigorously, so maybe they have some insight to offer?

the fact that ladslads has DMCA removal instructions as a link on the bottom of the first page makes me think someone on their side is aware of the issue and has done some thinking about it.

I’m not familiar with the site. Is the issue that members post videos and ladslads claims they are not responsible for what members post and now sites have to constantly monitor to make sure nobody has posted any new content? Or, can a site protect itself by sending a “Never allow any of our videos to be posted.” message?

We follow Federal guidelines to the letter with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act - and we have a process to inform us of allegations of stolen content on the board, and required actions to take, once we received supporting documentation. And anyone one of these companies listed in this thread can take action via DMCA.

As noted, while we follow card association, banking and legal guidelines for reviewing the CONTENT itself - we do not police for content ownership.

Try looking at this from a different perspective: what if someone accused YOU of having stolen content on your site? Whether it is true or not - should we just shut you down, because someone said so?
No. DMCA is a process to protect both sides of the spectrum.

Unfortunately, I am not privy to how the legal team handles repeated issues.
And sorry, cause no matter what I say - my answer is not going to be what some folks want to hear.
Bottom line is, we are a payment processor.

Anyone who has filed a DMCA complaint (or been the subject of one), knows that we comply with the law.

The law does not force you to process for a site that has our stolen content on it Gary, that’s a decision that CCBill has made and you work for CCBill.

You’ve now made a precedent for CCBill to proudly process ( give money to ) any site with stolen content as long as CCBill does their DMCA paperwork.

Why does CCBill even offer DRM Networks services when you process for sites you know distribute our stolen content?

“Decrease Content Piracy, Increase Content Protection, Increase Consumer Experience, Increase $$$” what a joke! The first step to “Decrease Content Piracy” is not to process for sites with our pirated content!

I got an private message a month ago saying my videos were on there as well. Now that the scope of their villainy is exposed, I would think a number of people will be rushing to claim damages.

Does the law allow CCBill to act as a third party processor for ladslads.com through Panremmus Limited - which is a DISSOLVED company? Also, the IP address they are hosted on is owned by another dissolved company of theirs.

How can CCBill legally process for a company, as of 6/30/2010, that hasn’t legally existed since 5/26/2009?

Not only are you processing for a site that has our stolen content on it, you’re giving money to people behind a company that hasn’t legally existed for over a year, why?

I’ve always liked CCBill, and you Gary, but I think you guys are headed in the wrong direction, and doing the wrong thing, by processing for these guys.

I saw that too but they list a new company everywhere but CCBill.

So looks like they got out of the web design business and went into the much more lucrative selling other people’s stolen property business.
