Anyone have a contact for Buddy Profits/ GammaE ?
I’ve tried their online form and the affiliates @ gammae.com … but nobody is responding.

The change reps regularly there, but have you tried [email protected]

They are normally pretty good, but you also have to consider that they are based in Quebec which is pretty much burning right now. Sometimes it takes them a day or two to get back to me but they always do.

I did, try that one.
It’s been over a week and no response.

The sky is falling lol. I can’t stand shitty customer support. You can contact us ANYTIME and get a response usually within a few hours or less. My email is mark(at)blumedia.com if anyone needs anything.

I do hope they are all ok in regards to the fires, BUT, the smoke is everywhere here where I live, and I still had to go to work. Worked a 12 hour shift, and then here I am, checking emails, etc.

For people who work with the web and are online so much, communication is seriously shite from alot of affiliate programs. With very few exceptions. (BluMedia/Intense Cash, is top notch!!!)

I got a reply from Michael.
He gave me the email for the accounting department.
I just sent them an email.
Now I wait to see when they reply.

Good luck with that… The accounting department never responds to my emails until I ask my affiliate managers to forward my request to accounting… Once they do that then I finally hear back from accounting.

So far the accounting department replied, that they received my request and that they are working on it. I will keep you posted.

Forest fires in Quebec are not affecting the day to day business of pornography in Montreal.

The accounting department is not allowed to speak to anyone outside of Gamma, they are an internal facing team. Because of fraud risk, they don’t even receive most emails that don’t come from an internal domain.

Going through an affiliate manager is the best way to resolve an issue. It’s a M-F 9-5 EST operation, so you’ll only get a response during business hours, just FYI. With a few hundred thousand affiliates it can take a couple of days, but someone will usually respond.

So far, no luck on getting a replacement check.
Frustrating.

Tell him all the problems you are having and I think he will light a fire under their ass for you. He has definitely helped us in the past!

I cannot download any of the promo materials at Buddy Profits or Fame, all I get is an error message. Is it just me, or everyone, can someone take a look and let me know? Appreciated.

I am having the same issue. I did send a message to the affiliate managers. When I try to download, I am getting files not found going back several days at least. I am sure they will fix it rather rapidly. If not (and I need those files like tomorrow), I will bug them again.
