Still haven’t received a replacement check. Buddyprofits terms say replacement checks are free, but guess not since they want to charge $25 to stop the lost check and send a new one. I agreed to that since something is better than nothing and I asked for a new check to be sent. So far, haven’t received the new one. Wish they would pay via paypal.

Honestly, I would email Michael with all of that or hit him up on Skype. I am on Paxum with them as we do not do checks at all in Finland. Paypal would also be convenient, but it isn’t really adult-friendly.

Same, use Paxum with them as in Sweden we dont have checks either. Works very well. They are a bit hard to get hold of or get a response from lately though.

More than a month, almost a month and a half, and I still haven’t received the replacement check I am trying to get. AND even though the terms at Buddy Profits say replacement checks are free, they told me there would be a $25 fee to stop the old check and get a new one sent out. It’s a pretty small check, but something is better than nothing, and right now I have received nothing. Hope the next payout check gets to me without issue, because getting a replacement appears to be near impossible. Frustrated.

Their support has definitely gone downhill. I asked for a login they provided one and now it already doesn’t work so now I have to contact them again and play the wait game. GRRRRRRR

My issue with them is that they don’t send out content in a usable format. Replies are very patchy too.

This is Michael from Gamma, I am truly sorry that this has been an ongoing issue. We had to clarify your correct address and then get the replacement checks issued. If you got hit with a replacement fee, we will look at options to help cover the cost (promotion or pricing). I have reached out and we have issued the check last month - however, checks are done after the last period of the month (for both periods of each month) and the printing, signing and mailing process can take up to 4 to 6 weeks after the end of the month. We will get this resolved for you as soon as we can.

Michael from Gamma here, please not when we issue logins, you have to make sure you are not trying to login too many times or from too many devices otherwise the system recognizes that and will deactivate the login. Thanks for replying here Michael, it’s unfortunate that I didn’t get any of that info directly. You kept telling me the check was sent.

Hmmm… I am puzzled. I work with their stuff for Fame Dollars And Buddy Profits on a daily basis and have done so for years. Yes, it is different than the NATS format, but I used to use their spreadsheets to load their galleries into my TGPx with no issues. Of course, the last 3 years I have done nothing but custom galleries for them, but I can use them direct if I choose to. Maybe if we give Michael the format we need he can help get a custom feed going???

One week later, still no replacement check. Glad it’s a small one. Almost 2 months since I asked for a replacement.
