Does anyone have contacts of Yoursafe (Bitsafe) or Verotel managements contact? It seems their support can not handle my issue.
Nope, never had luck with them when it comes to support.
I sent via ACH payment to Mojohost on 21 of October. Money still did not arrive. At the beginning they answered that investigating. Although previous payment to Mojohost went through without any problems and had the same account data.
Now already 10 days they stopped answering me…
We had a couple people recommend them as an option for us to add as a payout method, but I want to see a bit of a track record of stability first. Hope you can get some resolution as our industry needs some reliable payment options.
All problems started after their debit cards were closed. And so far they did not organize a new one.
And it seems it is 1-2 persons company, this can explain very slow response times and higher risk.
Only today got my funds back with description “error processing ACH” and no any apologies.
At least you got it back, or rather credit back to your affiliate account. It’s a difficult company to deal with.
