Why do you promote programs that don't pay you?

I don’t get it. You shouldn’t have to chase getting paid over and over. It seems like adult webmasters are super forgiving. You have adult programs that are crooks yet people still promote them. A program I won’t name here decided to not pay their webmasters long ago and screwed them over yet they came back and webmasters were like sign me up. Please enlighten me…

I’ve always taken care of my team and models and my people get paid before me. Am I doing it backwards? lol.

It’s not that people try to promote sites that don’t pay but might be sites they promoted a lot in the past and have a lot of promo content up on their sites for. I definitely remove sites that don’t pay but there’s also many sites that are just very slow at paying and needs constant reminders.
