Are there any sites or companies that you look at for idea? Who would you say are Trend setters and someone you always keep going back to or keeping an eye on?
Myself I dont really have a single site, I mainly I visit CSS design galleries, often the designs are very far out but they often show new trends in design. I also often look at some of the bigger gay blogs.

I am continually impressed by the work of others and love getting tips from their sites. Just yesterday I learnt of another company right here in Melbourne producing girl porn. And I have to say… the site, the ideas, and the type of “nice not nasty” porn they produce is fantastic. This is really inspirational stuff for me. 
I’m not sure I would say they are trend setters but I do admire the hard work they have put in.

There are about five design companies that mainly do mainstream work that I keep an eye on every once in a while. For example, Design Disease is a blog design company that pretty much copies the designs of an even bigger company. reminds me of ikea in many ways.
