Like if you show a guy douching and there’s “dirt” visible… Are there any legal implications?

No idea in legal terms, but would that not be much the same as if you could see “stuff” in anal shoot - straight or gay.

I’ve seen that a few times, weirdly enough mostly in straight stuff for some reason.

Personally I wouldnt classify it as scat, its just some good old enema fun! :happy:

Ive been watching gay/straight porn everyday since i was 18 and Ive never seen a speck of dirt or poo anywhere

There’s no hard-and-fast answer because there’s nothing in the Miller decision that specifically says anything about scat, but most likely, as long as the shoot passes the Miller test, it probably won’t be considered obscene and you should be ok.

As with everything else, though, it’s always possible that some prosecutor with a hard-on can find your content and decide to make an example of you, but that’s true of any porn.

OK… I need a bit more explanation than that… I would Google the Miller decision, but I’m at IML and don’t have much time… If someone has a quick run down of it I’d appreciate it.

from a processing point of view scat is a big no-no, its on visa/mastercards list of “do not process for” along with forced fucking (rape) fantasy and bestiality…

What you are talking about i hardly think they will classify as scat though as there is no defication going on or playing with / smearing of poo…
