I see pending status is from 08 of November 19, but still no payment settled. My emails are not answered. May be they stopped their business?
I had a similar issue about 1.5 yrs ago, and apparently you have to issue them with an invoice to get paid. It is not stated anywhere in their terms that I could find, but I got paid quite quickly once they received my invoice. No idea if this is still the case, but someone else here might know how things are done now.

We had a similar farcical situation with them last year, they were demanding an invoice, then the one we sent wasn’t to their exacting standards so we had to send another.
We’d assumed that last invoice was sufficient because our payment was then marked as paid.
However, this thread just encouraged me to go and check our PayPal records and guess what… it wasn’t paid!
I knew there was a reason why we weren’t promoting them as much as we had been, but I didn’t realize it was because they’d bilked us.

I’ve been paid but the payouts can be a bit irregular in terms of when they happen.
I asked them regarding invoice, they told no need for Paxum. No answers from them via affiliate NATs admin for the past 2 weeks.

I’ve been wondering who runs the site now that WH has passed. I always had a fantasy that I would meet him and he’d give me the keys to the factory a la Willy Wonka.

Us too. We issue them an invoice every 3 months or so for the amounts owing.

Thank you. I sent email there, no answer. It seems after WH passed site is going to be closed as well. They will be not able to survive without honest affiliate program.
Maybe they just need some time to sort things out after Bill’s death. I don’t think Bill was too much involved in the day to day running of the site anyhow, so would guess that things will carry on as usual once they get used to the new dynamic.
yes, but stored payment for 4 months it is too much… they could at least email back and describe the situation.
