We hope this message finds you well. With a heavy heart, we must share some important and challenging news regarding our company’s operations.
For 25 years, we have been dedicated to providing reliable and quality services to our customers. However, we are now facing significant business challenges. Inflation has caused our costs to rise rapidly, while many of our customers have been negotiating lower rates. Unfortunately, these financial pressures have become insurmountable.
Adding to these challenges, we have lost our lease with the landlord for our primary datacenter in Clifton, NJ. The landlord has decided to focus on higher-paying industries such as Hyperscale Cloud, AI, and Financial Services, making it impossible for us to maintain our current operations at this facility.
As a result, all customers utilizing services from our Clifton data center must make arrangements to migrate their services elsewhere before the end of our lease on September 27, 2024. If you are a co-location customer who owns your equipment, please schedule a pick-up time. Any equipment not claimed by this date will be powered off and recycled, and all associated services will be terminated. Please note we are not able to handle shipping requests, and we can only physically hand over the equipment in Clifton, New Jersey.
Customers with leased servers or virtual machines must migrate their operations to the bare metal or cloud service providers of their choice.
We understand the gravity of this situation and the inconvenience it may cause. To support you during this transition, we are willing to explore alternative arrangements and provide additional consulting services to assist with your migration. We have limited resources to assist all customers so timeliness in conversations is essential.
We deeply apologize for the difficulties this situation presents. This is not a day we ever hoped to encounter in our 25 years of business. We are committed to providing reliable services until the final day of operation (September 27, 2024), working with our clients to minimize any disruption to your operations as you transition to alternative hosting options.
