Is it just a myth of any truth in that if you try unsubscribe from spam emails you get, all are doing is verifying your email address to the spammers and end up getting more?
Or does it actually maybe work?

Re: unsubscribing from spam emails
If it’s sent by a legitimate email marketing company, then unsubscribing will usually work. If it’s sent by a botnet, then no.
We get almost no spam now thanks to the filtering provider we use, but for the few (about 5 a day) that slip through, I just delete them.

Can I ask what sort of solution you use, how it works?

Re: unsubscribing from spam emails
the only way to stop spam is to setup good antispam softwares on your server and mail client. Nothing else works imho
