Trying to get in touch with NatNet

Hello,
does anyone know a way to contact NatNet? I sent an email to [email protected] with no reply in about one week. Is there a way to contact them privately. I think that my email went to their junk mail folder because of it was full of “spamming” words like prices and so on.
