Actually I had 1 sale with them for Randyblue on January 1st 2024 but it was promptly refunded within a few hours, so the real ratio is an amazing 0:2288 - not one single sale since they revived that site! I currently have 36 posts promoting them, which is not a terribly large number, but still zero sales seems a bit too brutal and hard to believe. Why would such a well-known site, now with brand new content that is updated regularly, sell so badly?
Does anybody make any sales with them since they were transferred to Gayhubnetwork?
Perhaps it’s noteworthy to mention that I used to get many sales for Randyblue while it was under the original management and the affiliate stuff was managed on Blueloot.
I promote both Randy Blue and Cocky boys through Gay Hub Network and my ratios are actually really good:
RandyBlue: 1:23
Cockyboys: 1:87
That’s off reviews though mainly, neither really sell on blog posts or videos.
I have noticed that in general blog sales have gone down a lot, it just doesn’t sell much for me any more. I’m not sure if it’s due to change in habits, lower traffic or what.
I’m having trouble converting Cocky Boys traffic. My current conversion ratio for this year is 1 in 2,619, and I’m not sure why. I think their content looks great, but for some reason, my traffic just doesn’t buy it—and hasn’t for years.
On the other hand, I’ve had much better success with Randy Blue. Over the past two years, my conversion ratio has been around 1 in 600, but I’ve noticed it has crept up to 1 in 900 this year. Just for context, most of my traffic comes from tube sites.
Yeah cocky boys is a very odd one. It used to do well but other than off reviews it doesn’t sell. Maybe there’s just too much of their content out there.
Yes that is true - from regular blog posts sales have gone down quite a bit and rarely anyone is buying anything these days.
I suppose it’s time for me to delve more into paysite reviews. What is the best way to do that on a WordPress blog? Perhaps create a separate page for every sponsor review and put their links in some menu that is at a prominent place at the top of the screen?
While reviews can sell very well its a lot of work and going to be extremely difficult for you to get traffic. The competition is high but also people searching for reviews is very small. Majority of traffic is in videos.
