If you are a content provider I suggest you go through it and take action- and it was easy to find it- just use bing.com video search and use terms like “Dalton Briggs porn” and watch what turns up- if it’s that easy for me why can’t the people actually being paid do it themselves?

We are aware… and we’ve DMCA’d them before as well. The email on their whois records doesn’t work, but they use a very responsive hosting company in the Bahamas. They replied within minutes and if I recall correctly their reply said: “FUCK YOU”.

You do realize that sites have to pay Porn Guardian to chase after their pirated content, don’t you? Porn Guardian isn’t a free service that monitors all pirated content out of the goodness of their hearts.

Well then might I suggest that pornguardian provides a list of sites that pay them so people like me do not WASTE TIME reporting stuff to them from sites that ARE NOT ON THE LIST.

All those links have been reported along time ago (which doesn’t mean the sites simply take down content), and we are now working through our escalation procedures since they aren’t responding. Sometimes it’s not as simple as sending a DMCA, which is frustrating to all of us.
Did you have a point you were trying to make, Michael? You continually talk about us like we are the enemy because we aren’t working for free. Would you like to work for us 24/7 for free so that can be our business model going forward? We just surpassed 10 million files in our database, so you’d have a lot of free work ahead of you. Just let me know so we can finally get free labor to do all this work and we can stop charging for it! And if you don’t want to do all that work for free, don’t tell me I have to.

I have fired a Email to the operations manager at Helix to inform them of this and I am sure they will do their best to get this removed!
@mick_ozman - I am sure your a little irate that your getting a bit ripped off by pirates, as an affiliate myself I know all too well now annoying it is to sell something people are giving away for free, but unlike the sponsor sites I have not personally paid money to make a scene to see it getting pirated. Now I work for a sponsor site I can assure you that sponsors do all they can. There are procedures that need to be followed and its not a fast process, things need to be escalated then action taken when all the facts are compiled to make sure that any action they take is successful and does not fall flat! But with what seems like 20 million tube sites on the internet its impossible to check each new video on every one every day to make sure there is no pirated videos. You have done the right thing letting sponsors know, and just because they have not managed to get DMCA requests complied with does not mean they have forgotten about the issue! We are all in this crazy game trying to make some money together, there is no reason we can’t all get along while doing so
On a lighter note, its nice to see french twinks was not involved with this latest culprit in the cat and mouse piracy game!

We’re not done yet, but it is obvious that if a host isn’t cooperative it takes a lot longer. We can’t just travel the world and demolish servers that host our videos (even though that would be the fastest solution sometimes).

I do not continually talk about you like you are the enemy because you aren’t a free service, you must be confusing me with someone else. In fact, your Peter is a friend of mine and I regularly send him links of sites that I see as a problem. So, please check your facts before you rip me a new one, thanks.
My point to Mick, and others, is that people seem to think that Porn Guardian is the gatekeeper of the web and they simply report a file to PG and it’s taken care of. Mick was going off on one of his regular piracy tirades about how files he has reported are still around, so I was simply clarifying that not every file reported to PG is necessarily actionable by PG.
I was simply pointing out that, aside from all of the other reasons that files aren’t removed like sites simply telling DMCA submitters to fuck off, that another possible reason is that the offending file belongs to a site that isn’t a customer of Porn Guardian.
That’s it. I didn’t want to go into an exhaustive explanation, I simply wanted to pose the question to educate people that Porn Guardian isn’t a free service. But you jumped to your own conclusion, and now I had to do that anyway.
I very much appreciate the work you do. Like I said, I send stuff to Peter when I see it, and I have referred a great many sites to you.

I wrote to Rainey at Juicy Ads and sent our DMCA reports to them as well about this site and they have responded:

I also emailed Juicy Ads and got a response right away that they would contact the site owner and then I got a follow up from Juicy Ads today saying our content was removed (and it was). If you see your content on this site report it via this link http://www.juicyads.com/dmca.php . Cutting off pirate’s revenue source is really the way to go and hopefully if Juicy Ads gets enough complaints they will do just that.

Keep in mind that Porn Guardian might not be a free service but reporting stolen content to them helps them find places where content is being stolen and all of that goes towards helping the cause. If their clients files are in the same location and they have the entire site suspended it helps everyone.
