There is also http://www.allamericanguys.com/ which features non-nude male fitness models, but I’m not sure if they will accept porn sites as affiliates.

they won’t, and the site isn’t a porn site but we link to a couple porn sites and they rejected us already…

ccbill processes for a lot of non adult stuff these days - including man of muscle, which wasn’t considered adult by visa.
