I’m kinda shooting myself in the foot here because I frequent gay-torrents.net, but if you all band together and send some angry E-mails, I’m sure you could get something done about it. I do know that they prohibit movies being posted from certain websites, probably because someone complained.

Ultimately it is YOUR copyright, so your legal right to pursue this. In the meantime, you could try putting a notice on your website. One of your members is uploading the videos to this website, probably one of your repeat customers.

This is REAL tough one. He will only answer a complaint from a lawyer. Many sites that have had the content removed in the past via a lawyer have only seen it re-appear again later.

For example, there are about five sites that you can’t post pics from the site (as they are hosted on his server), but the torrents are still allowed.

This one is a bit complicated. Not easy to work with at all. If you piss him off enough, he will say, “fine. I wont allow your pics (as they are hosted on my server), but the torrents are not on my server.”

I think this is the site I actually got taken down – for about 36 hours. It went back up on new servers in a new country.

Sometimes I beat my head because it feels so good when I stop.
