It looks, to me, like all this guy does is steal content from legitimate twink sites and give it away en masse just to sell his content at http://boys-cam.com/ (notice all of his sites push that site but without any affiliate tracking and which appears to just be child porn from kids tricked into fake webcam sessions on chat roulette sites)
I don’t know much about the biller Zambaio (or whatever it is) but I can’t imagine any other biller would have approved such illegal scum.

It is a legit company, and I very much doubt they would have anything to do with a person like this. They should be informed as they will probably pass all information onto the authorities also.

If I had a lot of time and money on my hands I would buy a bunch of sound alike domain names to this guys site (i.e.: teenboymilk, teenboysmilky, etc.) and then copy his exact theme and site design and plaster it all over the net. Maybe then he might understand what copyright means.
