I would also suggest adding a profile page for each of the guys. You have a pic of all the guys in your content, but none of them link to anything. Most guys would expect to be able to click that pic to read something about the model, see the galleries he has, the videos he’s been in etc. I honestly think you would see an improvement if you did that. I think you should check to see how many of your visitors check out that page, and how many leave the site from it when they find they can’t click on them to see what the guys have done.
