I was hopeing i could have some suggestions with my domain name.
As previously mentioned on my other thread i am builing a site with an emphasis on gays that seduce straight guys, all thsoe niche sites ptu on one site to save guys like me from having to hunt different categories etc in pornhub, and me revewing the best and adding to a category at the top… an easy go to place…
So far i have straightdudesseduced, but i understand this is long and does not contain any actual gay words?
Can anyone give me any suggestions here, how important is the domain to my seo ranking in the future etc obviously making it as short as possible and memorable,.and relevant to my content, is important so i am a little stuck any advice i would really appreciate i have thought of straightforgay but not much of a ring to it (lol)
Thanks alot!
Also as you suggested i am going to use KVS for the site builder and ask adultforce technical team how to import videos etc and if this indeed matches there import software.
I know this will take many many years of hard work etc but i am willing to work hard and study and learn
Keyword domains used to be really important but to be honest you can rank any domain for anything you want. You don’t have to use the word straight you can use “str8” I’m terrible at choosing domains
As mentioned, keywords are not as important as they used to be. It’s probably more important it’s something easy and catchy, “straightdudesseduced” is a mouthful and hard to spell. Plus if you have a long domain name and try to use it in your Titles, then it takes up a lot of the available space: “Gay Porn at Straight Dudes Seduced”.
Play with the words instead and see if you can find anything. SeducedDudes etc.
My suggestion is to keep the name short - ideally two words or less. And if there are likely to be any confusion (singular vs plural), buy the likely typos and redirect them to the canonical domain.
The quality of your content and reach of marketing is more important than the actual domain (but shorter is generally better). Every domain is equally worthless until you put something on it and get people with credit cards to visit, so an odd name with quality content and comprehensive marketing will do better than that “killer” domain with a mediocre website and inadequate marketing budget. Every time!
I agree with others about the importance of domain name, it more about your preferred branding and how you imagine the site will be themed in the future. I would suggest going with what you personally think encompasses the style and themes and something you can play around with down the road, something you can turn into a good logo, maybe something catchy if you want it to stand out on social media.
These days a lot of your traffic is likely to come from social media and most guys won’t be looking at the domain name, they’ll be looking at the content and the recognizable logo you make from the name.
