Right now it appears you’re not able to manage videos in any way. All you can do is add new videos. I noticed this a few days ago myself. They did this a while back before fixing it. Their fix was never perfect though. It’s always been quirky uploading and managing videos there.

in stead of just using the website to remove video, can I email the support and ask them to delete ?

Unless they changed things for sponsor accounts, you can still click the account menu when you are logged in, go to my videos, and under each thumbnail there is an options drop-down. The delete button is first on the list.
