Helix - Not Paying?

Helix answered me for the first time this year. They can’t pay via Paypal, you have to change to a wire transfer.
I had hope that I would get my money. :grinning:

Sorry for the inconsistency of these emails and the delays in all things related to Helix Cash. These past few years have been quite crazy. In addition to losing valuable employees and dealing with an IRS audit, we also lost our banking relationships that we had relied on for nearly 30 years. We are now working to move past the funk that we fell into and fix up things that have been neglected recently.

At the current time we can no longer make payments through PayPal or Paxum so please visit your Payout settings to update to check, wire or ach so that we can get funds to you. We also have many updates planned to the site which I will keep you updated with as we get closer to launch.

Thank you for your continued traffic and help through the first 20 years of Helix. With your help and some exciting new changes coming soon we look forward to an even better next 20.

We got a payment from them about a week ago via a Check.

Ok… well that’s turn in events. Lets see if we all get paid. I hope so.

I got paid for the first quarter of this year

I updated my payment details but the changes have not been approved. Did anyone actually hear from them or get any replies to emails? Who to contact?

Well, why didn’t I get an email notification from them also? Very bad show.

I updated my account details a few days ago, but still not been approved. Neither had any response to my emails.

I wonder if their paypal account got suspended seeing how paypal technically doesn’t allow their service to be used for anything related to “adult” entertainment.

Approval Required

Admin approval is required for changes made to your account. As soon as the program owner or account rep approves your request, the changes will take affect.

Wounder when that will happen ?

I’ve been waiting for some time now for the changes to be approved. I’m guessing they don’t have money to pay everyone.

Same here, my account changes have been approved and got a payment notice by email.

No money has arrived my bank account yet … after 8 days :frowning:

same… I had a notification about a payment going out from some payment service on the 19th but not received anything.

I got a payment, well part payment as there’s still money outstanding.

I’ve had a few checks come thro- yay!

glad to see they are making some payments and hopefully get fully caught up for all money owed to all.

At the beginning of September I received an email from Keith, he wanted to confirm a bank account for sending Wire.
I wrote him a response, received a message from the Bill company that helix is preparing to pay me, and we will notify you when the payment is made.
Two months have passed and I have not received the payment, Keith does not respond to my letters.
And why is Wire now being shipped by Bill? I always received Wire from helix their media ltd.
Now I don’t know what to do, I removed the helix advertisement, they owe a large amount.
