What do you think of sites that edit out condoms in their promo pics and/or videos? I’ve seen this in the past but have recently been noticing it a bit more. From one particular site really.
It seems they want to reap the benefits of promoting their releases as bareback but don’t want to actually produce bareback or deal with the responsibility and ramifications that often comes with it.
As a bareback porn producer I find it a bit irritating and see at as false advertising.
I’ve also heard of studios that claim to be safe sex only, but allow the models to wear rubbers with the tip cut off just so it looks like they’re wearing a condom.
That just doesn’t work. Trust me, I’ve tried. 666 The condom bunches up around the base of your dick and it’s clear it’s not on properly.
And to answer the original question. I HATE faked anything. One site I promote uses fake cum (lube that looks like cum) for creampies and felching. Remarkably, it sells, but I hate it.
If you dont know the difference, then how is it faked, and what does it matter to someone who does not know the truth? It all a subjective fantasy by its own device anyway…
Thats like saying that pre condom bareback is not as exciting because you know there is no AIDS involved.

I think the point was that the promo images are faked and when the customer gets to the actual video they find it’s condom rather than bareback. I have no problem with faking it as long as you can keep it up and the customer never knows.
The irony is that at least in the early 80s “pre-condom” porn HIV/AIDS was involved and we’re talking about a time where people died very quickly which is why I always shake my head when people are OK with pre-condom and not bareback porn that was produced in the era of ARVs.
Top Bucks had a site that they did some serious photoshopping in the tours. In the tours they would show bareback dicks in asses. The tour videos wouldn’t show any kind of penetration. They were very softcore. And they used the terms bareback on their tour.
But in the members area the videos all had condoms in them.
I looked at the site before I started in the industry and bought a membership.
After seeing this, I tried to contact support but received automated emails back that seemed to be form letters. After trying to work out a refund… I ended up causing a chargeback against them.
Someone brought this to life on another forum… Shortly after that, the site was removed and the domain went to sedo parking. The site could have only been up maybe 4 weeks at most. I’m figuring it pissed off a lot of people.
I have friends who are only into bareback sex and are disgusted by the look of condoms. I have friends who don’t care if porn has a condom on it or not. But with what these sites are doing it creates an alarm into the bareback communities eyes causing them to fear of joining a bareback site that there may be condoms in the content. It’s those who are semi-killing the bareback porn industry for newbie sites or producers.
