Does Blogger have a video upload now?

I just noticed something new but couldnt figure out if Blogger now either offers a vidoe / file upload for people using their blog hosting.

Or

They offer ways embedding Flash clips using their own code?

I saw it on this blog:

(which by the way looks great, im pretty sure he uses videos which are provided as sponsor content and also linking to the sponsors)

Kinda. It’s actually hosted on google video. But you can upload videos to blogger. They get hosted on google video. The player says blogger.
