CCBill admin slow to load

Hi,

CCbill admin is extramly slow to load from here (France).

Do you have same issue ?

It takes me several attempts to get stats as an affiliate.

They will tell you it is a browser problem, or location problem - absolute joke.

Yes, it seems to be having more than normal problems, but it’s always slow.

TIP: If you want just a quick summary try using their mobile interface (even from your desktop). It’s a million times faster that the full site.

I use when I just want quick summary info (both client and affiliate sides):

Maybe the reminder to save the date for Phoenix Forum 2011 slows the site down a bit. I get the feeling that no one from CCBill wants to go to the admin page either. After hearing about how CCBill addressed their clients’ concerns about 1099 forms, I’ve been pretty disappointed by CCBill. It’s a shame.
But they do have good people on phone support. I give them credit for that.

As of this moment, I tried it and it’s loading as usual. I can’t say that I’ve experienced a problem with CCbill admin loading slow. But to be honest, I don’t go to the site very often at this point. I’m also in Phoenix, Arizona.

Ok I think I found a temporary solution, I was using beta admin I must be stupid :stuck_out_tongue:

Now with classic admin it load a little faster.

A word of warning though - sometimes the mobile stats don’t match the desktop stats, as is the case for me right now.

Always been slow for me. and I have a fast Mac. You would think with all the $$$ they take out of our checks…
