Can't file Counter DMCA with Google

I had another false DMCA through Google on behalf of British Twinks. But when I try to file a counter claim the Google form now asks for a " reference ID" but no ID was provided in the DMCA or message from google. Is this something new? I can’t get past it and submit a counter claim.

Yep, that’s something new. However, you can still file a counter notice without having a reference ID at this address:

I got several more submitted by Ceartas DMCA on behalf of British Twinks (only fans). It’s videos from all different producers, scenes and actors. It seems they are submitting DMCA to anyone who uses “British Twinks” even if the content has nothing to do with them.
