I sent them an email today to accounting (at) badpuppy dot com, first from my own domain, and then from a web based email service, and in both cases my email returned as undeliverable.

That was the email I used the first time and it failed bith from my donain and tutanota.com (web based email).
And
I first thought my email and IP ended up on some spam black list by mistake, but it doesn’t look so and my IP appears to be whitelisted everywhere. Rejecting emails from tutanota means that their mail server is probably malfunctioning.
Do you know of some other way to contact them, perhaps an instant messenger or some email not on their domain?
Try [email protected], if its still not working try from a Gmail.com or some other account.
I dont have any messenger contact except for Bill but he no longer runs Badpuppy.

My name is Jeff, I am the Customer Support Administrator for Badpuppy and ClubAmateurUSA and I handle “[email protected]”. I am not aware of any issues with the “[email protected]” email address, and I just checked our mail server… it appears to be operating normally. We do have our mail server configured to block out-and-out obvious spam, but a properly configured mail server should not have any issues getting through to us. See if you can get a message through to me here at “[email protected]”. If you run into the same error, do you have a Gmail or other web-based email account that you can use, as FRMichael suggested?
