Anyone use the Fediverse (Bluesky, Mastodon, etc.)

Hello all, I believe I’ve made a thread with this intro, but for posterity I’ll introduce myself again.

Up until recently I’ve been writing Google-compliant copy for a straight OnlyFans aggregate. It was my first adult job and really exciting/stressful, I thrived in that type of environment and loved it!

I think some of us already use it and I’ll be setting up my accounts out tmrw but it’s an alternative to Meta and X. Bluesky is a direct competitor to X but it’s less algorithm based and you have more autonomy.

I’ve been doing content marketing for other adult creators and I’m “starting” a NSFW marketing firm. Basically just giving my services a digital storefront as well as trying out some growth hacking techniques.

I plan on using a couple of the platforms mentioned on Bridgy Fed (it connects multiple fediverse platforms).

Good luck to you! I am slowly trying to move everything to Bluesky as well, X has become a cesspool of hatred and right wing political garbage.

I’m exclusively on Bluesky and Reddit now. Haven’t used Twitter/X for a long time and have no intention of returning.
Also, Bluesky are working on an Instagram alternative. It’s in beta testing at the moment but expected to go live in a couple months.

As for adult, there’s also imaglr.com, like a revamped Tumblr. Every other option since the collapse of Tumblr has become irrelevant/disappeared but we’re all hoping this one can hold out.
