Anyone Ever Ask Verotel About Reporting Rebills?

Currently Verotel only list sales, credit and total. I’m sure I’m not the only one who would be interested to see the breakout totals for rebills.

I couldn’t find any threads on the forum, but I’m sure others have wondered about this.

Sorry . . . to clarify – an easier way to display rebills (instead of pulling them out via history).

no… but i know what you mean. Their stats are dreadful! There seems to be very little else you can do.

It is worthwhile asking the guys at Verotel if they can give you this information. They have been very helpful in the past with me requesting special reports.

thanks for the info, ben. i guess the problem for me is that i don’t feel a rebill report should be a special report.

The lack of ANY useful information in Verotel stats is annoying as hell. Add to that the “secret” whatever it is that you better make damn sure you remember and you will go totally bananas.

The login to Verotel is more complex than the stats.

I tend to agree that rebills is not a special report.
