Affiliates: do you get chargeback notifications?

The recent thread about chargebacks made me wonder: do affiliates ever get alerts from CCBill or anyone if one of their sales ends up being a chargeback? I’ve never received messages like this and was wondering if anyone else has.

I’d hate to be dropped by a sponsor because of excessive chargebacks without ever knowing they were happening… not that I could do anything about them.

Far as I know, I’ve not had any chargebacks but then as you say, haven’t gotten any notices so who really knows, other than the sponsor?

Yes, you see chargebacks in your stats - at least for ccbill and nats

I have seen them in my Client account reports, but not Affiliate account reports. That either means that Affiliates don’t see them, or there haven’t been any.

Have you asked CCBill Support?

I am pretty sure affiliates see them in CCbill stats.
