Now I get attacked. You haven’t posted NEAR enough proof, if this went to court, it wouldn’t see the light of day in a court room with what you posted. Now if you have some more compelling evidence that Slade is a thief then I am all hears. I have not ONE time EVER in my life spoken to Slade, so I have no reason to defend him. Its just that your evidence is weak.
Dean, sorry of you feel attacked. That’s what happens when you come to the defense of known thieves.
As for this being old & tired, I simply posted it here because Bjorn only recently created a blacklisted sites forum. I thought it was important that these sites be listed.
I just noticed yesterday that he has a new processor and that’s the reason I updated the thread on GMS.
If you’re tired of this drama, stop reading the thread.
of course he feels attacked. anyone would feel attacked if this were addressed to them:
Dean, I don’t really care if you don’t think there isn’t enough proof. Anyone with half a brain will see otherwise. Seriously!
This defending of thieves is sickening at best. Interesting how its usually people who troll the boards anonymously that are the first to defend and take offense to accusations.
regardless of how you feel about what dean has to say, please find a way to disagree respectfully. this isn’t gfy.

You are still missing the point sigh. You haven’t proved that it is Slade that owns the sites in the first place, much less enough to call him a “known thief”.
I agree with you that the sites in question are content theft. What I don’t know, and you have yet to prove, is if it is indeed Slade that owns them. Maybe that makes more sense.
i believe it was said that bec had proved that slade did own the sites…

He was the owner of the singular version of the domain, nothing has been found to solidly link him to the plural version. I own plenty of singular versions of domains, and almost never purchase the plural. Speaking of which, I should go buy up some of the plurals, just in case.

Actually I not missing the point. I feel as though I have provided ample proof. Like I said before, if you disagree, fine, that’s your right and it’s also your right to say so which you’ve done several times. I got it, you don’t agree with me.

You’re welcome.
That email address is the same email address used on ALL of his other domains posted in this thread, the ones that are now private used the same email as well, confirmed via historical whois. Even after he changed the address of his public whois yesterday, he maintained that same email address!
Looks like he’s hosting with NationalNet, it would be nice to see Luke take ownership of those domains since his info was illegally used on them. Minimally Luke now knows who to really go after. Now the GMS administrators can give Luke Slade’s IP address so he can be tracked and properly served court documents.
Do I think any of that will happen? No. I think people will forget. I think Slade will be allowed to continue to post on GMS. Minimally he’ll hide out a while, come up with a different identity, and keep doing what he’s been doing.
What have we learned? We’ve learned that POSTING THIS INFO PUBLICLY GIVES THESE PEOPLE A HEAD START IN HIDING, OR CHANGING, INFO.
FINALLY someone posts something that ACTUALLY links him to those domains. There are still SOME holes that could take him off the hook here, but its unlikely. Hell if someone looked up my sites from 2006, not telling who they would think I was. I have bought / sold many things since then.
This is turning into a non-argument. All evidence points to one person and pure random conincidents are unlikly or at best extremly rare. It sounds like this “Slade” been caught with his fingers in the cookie jar.
I just hope Luke gets his names off those domains and someone gets these sites shutdown.

Douglas Brown, James Brown, Slade…In the event Luke does go after this guy and makes some headway, it will be interesting to find out what his real name is. LOL. As well as where he actually lives too. US, Australia, wherever. Hell, he might even be Canadian. In that case, I want his address Luke. LOL!! Just kidding. Well…kinda.
There is an awful lot of information pointing to this guy from what we’re all seeing. Coincidence? It would have to be the biggest in the history of human kind I think.
Add identity theft to the equation and this guy is a downright piece of dirt. Hopefully he gets his ass fried like he deserves.
My lawyer has advised me that since the whois has been “corrected”, there is no interest to take this any further. I am taking his advice and not pursuing this further.
