Ridiculous. I stopped using them long ago and programs that use them. They never upgraded their system and checking stats was a nightmare. I guess I can’t say I’m surprised. I miss the Phoenix Forum though lol.

I think it was still ongoing yesterday, traffic looks 25% less than normal.

Yeah, it’s been a week. It looks like some settings on CCBILL server are not right. I guess CCBILL drops the redirect request too early before it’s going through. I get confused cuz this is an old bug. It’s been fixed before. But this time it takes so long and they still can not fix it.

And use this ref No. and ticket ID assigned by their support team about this issue. Then they know what’s going on.

I can’t replicate the problem any more. I opened the same ccbill link 20 times and it worked each time.

I just tested. Same. half through, half stuck.
try with different ccbill links, not just one site.
